Good Morning all,
I would like to go over your picture days for Wednesday, June 4th, Saturday, June 7th and Sunday, June 8th.
Wednesday, June 4th, we have a start time of 6:30 PM.
We will be sending you one individual photographer and one group photographer.
They will arrive an hour before the start time.
We will be photographing individuals in the clubhouse and the team photos outdoors.
Saturday, June 7th and Sunday, June 8th, we have a start time of 8:30 AM.
We will be sending you two individual photographers and one group photographer, plus an assistant.
They will arrive an hour before the start time.
Individuals will be in the clubhouse and the team photos outdoors.
If you need us to make any changes, please let us know.

If your team is not scheduled for a game any of these dates, please ask your coach what date and time to report . Please arrive 20 minutes prior to game time to take pictures
